Industrial Forming Inc. has been producing vacuum thermoformed plastic parts for over 20 years. It is a family owned and operated custom plastic thermoforming business which enables that personal touch and direct communication frequently missing these days.

The management and staff have extensive experience in many other high tech and precision industries, such as electronics, machining and fabrication, and fine wood working. We understand detailed requirements and critical applications needed to fulfill your custom plastic thermoforming needs.

The firm is located in a modern industrial park 5 min. off the 101 freeway in Ventura, CA. Equipment in the free-standing 10,700 sq ft building include plastic thermoforming machines for both thin and thick gauge plastic thermoforming, hydraulic and roller presses for die trimming. Our 3 and 4-axis CNC milling machines are used for mold and fixture cutting. Precision part trimming is done in either one of the CNC mills or a large format 5 axis CNC router. The tooling shop includes manual milling machines, lathe, drill press, welders and various other equipment required to support precision mold and trim fixture fabrication.

An air-conditioned office area contains the CAD design facility, administrative and sales functions as well as a central server for all computer operations of the company. A separate assembly room houses silk screen equipment, hot foil stamping equipment, an ultrasonic welder, precision epoxy dispensing equipment, and a granite inspection plate with digital height gauges and calipers for dimensional quality control.
